As we are a marketplace, each supplier takes care of their own orders and sends your products directly to you.
Our sellers follow the delivery guide below and we ask them to make every effort to ensure their delivery prices and time frames are fair. We know you just want to get your hands on your new order!
Check out the other items from the seller you are ordering from – they may have some other products you are looking for and combining them will be more economical on postage. Many suppliers offer free standard delivery over a certain order amount.
Each product page will state the delivery options available to you under the Shipping and Returns tab. You will see the charges again in your basket and before you complete your purchase. By completing the sale, you are agreeing to those time frames (see our guide below).
Our suppliers are committed to keeping you informed, so you will receive a notification when they have shipped your order. If there are any issues, for example, if the product is going to be delivered outside of the specified time frames (and the supplier knows this), they will contact you.
Of course sometimes certain events occur which are outside of the supplier’s control, but if you have any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the supplier through the messaging service (“Ask A Question”) and chat with them about it. When we run promotions, any price reduction is applied to the price of the products and not the delivery cost. Any free delivery offers refer to standard UK delivery only.
Many sellers offer International delivery and if so, they will tell you on their product page. They will either advise the cost, or ask you to contact them to calculate it based on where you are and what the product is.
If a seller cannot offer one of the options below (due to the weight, size or volatile nature of the product) they will say so on their product page, but these instances are rare.
