What are these?

Shipping Policy
As all of our products are handmade in our Studio in South Wales, some orders can take some time. We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days. Please contact us before ordering if you require items earlier.

Your order should arrive within 3 working days from the date of dispatch (5-10 for International orders). Please allow 10 additional for your parcel to arrive for domestic orders and up to 32 days for international orders before placing a missing package query, this is the minimum time frame required by the Royal Mail before we are allowed to place a missing parcel claim. We do not take any responsibility for any import duty that may apply on international orders.

We are happy to accept returns so long as we are notified and the item is returned to us in a saleable conditiont. We are unable to refund shipping costs.

Multi Cloths
What are these?
A pack of 3 multi purpose cloths! Used to replace typical kitchen roll, wipes, baby wipes or even flannels.
What they are made from?
Cotton and bamboo. Each towel has a superbly soft but scrubby bamboo side and a beautiful smooth cotton side. Each towel is 6.5" or 17cm square.
Why are they fabulous?
Perfect hand size for wiping surfaces, faces, bottoms or anything else that needs a clean!
How to care for them...
Wash on cool and hang to dry. We do not recommend the use of fabric conditioner as it will affect absorbency. It is normal to expect up to 10% shrinkage upon laundering the first time.
Due to being hand cut and sewn sizes may vary slightly.

How to care for them...
We suggest you wash your cloths with a normal cool load and hang to dry. fabric is not prewashed so some shrinkage can be expected upon first wash. The first wash will also allow for the true fabulous nature of the waffle to come to life maximising absorbency.

Tough None Sponge
What are these?
No Plastic. No Waste... None.... None Sponge.
The Tough None Sponge is a reusable alternative to a disposable dish sponge!
What are they made from?
Made with bamboo, linen & cotton. Each sponge is approximately 11cm x 9cm.
Why are they fabulous?
The cotton and scrubby linen layers sandwich the naturally antibacterial and highly absorbent quilted organic bamboo core. They make the washing up routine beautiful and more bearable without adding to the worlds plastic pollution problem.
How to care for them...
Your None Sponge is a hardy little work horse! It will do best if you wring it out after use and leave it to dry. When you feel it's ready for a wash just throw it in the laundry with your regular load and finish by air drying.
Should you ever feel like your None Sponge is ready for the bin, fear not! It is biodegradable.
